Refund Policy

1. Service Payment Policy
Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
2. Diagnostic Fee
The diagnostic fee of $89 is waived if repair work is completed. If you choose not to proceed with repairs after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee applies.
3. Warranty and Guarantee
All repairs are warranted for 30 days on both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Issues arising from improper installation by others
- Normal wear and tear
- Parts subject to normal wear (belts, filters, hoses)
4. Refund Requests
If you believe a refund is warranted due to dissatisfaction with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancelled Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate other customers who need service.
