By accessing and using the website of Greg's Laundry Equipment Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

We provide laundry equipment repair, installation, and maintenance services in Grand Forks, ND and surrounding areas. Our services are subject to availability and may require an on-site evaluation.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment, you agree to be available at the scheduled time. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows may incur a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the actual diagnosis. We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. All repairs are warranted for 30 days on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the equipment and ensuring the work area is safe. Please remove any items that may obstruct access to laundry machines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
